Production Process
Bolt production raw material (cold drawn wire) produce with precision and high quality in FOULAD SIM ASIA Company, this company founded to supply required cold drawn wire for Pars Star Alborz. Both companies manage by the same management. Hot rolled steel wire rod after annealing, cold drawing and phosphate coating in Foulad Sim Asia, make ready to produce and transfer to Pars Star Alborz and produce during the cold forge process in 1or 3 stages (cold heading, trimming & thread rolling) through (bolt maker, heading, trimming & thread rolling) equipment. The bolts go through the hardening process as needed, then some sample send to the lab for quality control, after approval, it will be packed in bags or cartons and transfer to the warehouse.
